Seika Growth is a marketing engineering company. We build AI agents into the way small and medium businesses run marketing and sales, so their teams ship more and spend their time on what matters. We also work as an affiliate partner for companies that prefer to pay per result.
Why marketing engineering
For years, marketing ideas were easy and shipping them was hard. Every idea needed a brief, a designer, a developer, an analyst and a meeting, and most of them died in a backlog.
AI agents changed that. Today the work between an idea and a result can be engineered: research, creative, media buying, pages, tracking and reporting, done every day by agents that know your business.
Seika builds those systems for small and medium businesses, engineered around each company and run with a human in the loop where it matters.
Every Seika agent is built on Anthropic's Claude. The media-buying, ad-research, copywriting, reporting and sales agents run on Claude Opus and Claude Sonnet through the Claude API, connected to Google Ads, Meta and your CRM, and we engineer them with Claude Code.

Why the name Seika
Seika (成果) is Japanese for “results”: the outcome of work, not the work itself. It's the standard every system we build is held to. In Japanese business, 成果報酬 (seika hōshū) means “pay for results”, which is exactly how our affiliate partnerships work.
